        This is to inform that due to inadequate no. of applications received against the training capacity for five trades notified for STC(S&T)/Pandu against in the notification No. NFR/RKVY/2021-22/02 dated  22-09-2021, it has been decided to club all the five trades in one Trade with the revised trade name as "Basics of Information Technology, Signalling & Telecommunication in Indian Railway" so as to allow all the eligible candidates to undergo for the training as per their merit order. Training capacity for the trade will 20 nos. for Batch 1 and Batch 2 respectively.

       Accordingly, merit order of all the eligible candidates is prepared and published. Candidates are advised to report for Document verification and Training schedule mentioned below.

A.  Instructions for the Candidates of 1st Batch :
      w.e.f.  01-11-2021 to 23-11-2021 
  1. Shortlisted candidates for first batch are advised to report to the STC(S&T)/Pandu on 25-10-2021 to 29-10-2021 from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM for document verification. Candidates are advised to bring original Educational qualification documents i.e. HSLC pass certificate, Mark Sheet alongwith self attested photocopies of the same alongwith two passport sized Coloured photographs.  

  2. Candidates who are not reporting till  27-10-2021, waitlisted candidates will be called for reporting as per their merit order.

  3. Affidavit : Shortlisted candidates should submit an AFFIDAVIT on Rs. 10 non-judicial Stamp Paper in the prescribed format mentioned in the Notification, duly notarized to Railway for following the norms of skill development training. The affidavit should cover the issue on employment, discipline and safety etc.

  4. Medical Fitness : Candidates should be medically fit to undergo training. Candidates will be required to submit Fitness Certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor, certifying that candidate is fit to undergo training in Industrial environment and is fit with respect to visual/hearing/mental condition and is not suffering from any communicable disease.

  5. If any of the above shortlisted candidates do not appear for document  verification on the scheduled date and time, candidates from the Waiting list of respective trade as per merit order will be called for document verification and for undergoing training.

B.  Instructions for the Candidates of 2nd Batch :
      (w.e.f. 06-12-2021 to 27-12-2021)
  1. Shortlisted candidates of 2nd batch are advised to report to the STC(S&T)/Pandu on 29-11-2021 to 03-12-2021  from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM  for document verification. Candidates are advised to bring original Educational qualification documents i.e. HSLC pass certificate, Mark Sheet alongwith self attested photocopies of the same alongwith two passport sized Coloured photographs.  

  2. Candidates who are not reporting till 12:00 PM on 01-12-2021, waitlisted candidates will be called for reporting as per their merit order.

  3. Affidavit : Shortlisted candidates should submit an AFFIDAVIT on Rs. 10 non-judicial Stamp Paper in the prescribed format mentioned in the Notification, duly notarized to Railway for following the norms of skill development training. The affidavit should cover the issue on employment, discipline and safety etc.

C.  Terms & Conditions for selected Trainees :
  1. Candidates imparted training under "Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana" will have no claim to seek employment on Railways on the basis of such training. 

  2. Training will be provided free of cost to the trainees.  

  3. Railway administration will not be liable to pay stipend to the trainees.

  4. Duration of training will be of approx. 100 Hrs./18 working days.

  5. There will be no reservation given to the candidates under this Scheme. The training will be conducted irrespective of religion, caste, creed or race.

  6. Authorisation or Entry Pass will be issued by the Training Institute.

  7. One candidate will be allowed to avail training in only one trade and only one time. No repetitive courses will be allowed to any candidate so that other candidates may also get chance.

  8. Since, it is a short duration course, 75% attendance is a must for continuation in the training and issue of a Certificate.

  9. There will be a test after completion of training and Certificates will be issued only to successful candidates.

  10. Pass Criteria shall be 60% in Practical and 55% in Written (Objective) examination. Written examination will be conducted in Online/Offline mode.

  11. The training will be provided only during the day time.

  12. Trainees should follow the rules of the organization with full safety of jobs, tools, gauges, machines, equipments, human etc. He/she should not indulge in any activity which jeopardizes his/her safety or that of fellow workers. Further he/she should not be part of any unethical activity. No FIR should have been lodged against the candidates.

  13. The trainees will be provided Helmet, face shield, industrial boots, hand gloves etc. required for developing the skill/safety on returnable basis.

  14. Trainees will not damage the Railway property during this training programme.

  15. No allowance like Daily Allowance/Conveyance Allowance or Travelling Allowance etc. will be paid to the trainee.
